Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sous Chef (Pastry OR Bakery) of BACHA (Philippines), responsible for assisting the Executive Pastry Chef in supervising the kitchen, including being familiar with local requirements and sanitation regulations. It is also to perform as a leader, training and supervision on all production in his kitchen, and overseeing the quality and proper usage of all food related to the kitchen. He/she must be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure that acceptable quality, hygiene, and other standards are kept and always surpassed by himself and his subordinates.

• To review Quarterly menu, pricing analysis according to requirement
• Raw food yield tests accuracy
