An established hospitality group is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef for an upscale, experience-driven concept.
This is a great opportunity for a culinary professional who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career while staying close to the food, the line, and the team. The right person will bring current, 100% scratch kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead by example in a polished, fast-paced environment.
This role is primarily line-focused and hands-on. You will work side by side with the culinary team during service, supporting execution, quality, consistency, prep, organization, and daily kitchen operations.
What Were Looking For
Current experience in a 100% scratch kitchen is required
Hands-on line experience with strong technical cooking skills
Ability to lead from the line and support the team during service
Strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail
