The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at the National Portrait Gallery, Canberra, someone who has a lot of experience in events, very organised, methodical, and experienced in training junior staff to consistently preform.

We have high standards of quality, consistency and hygiene, the successful applicate must have the same standards as us and be willing to push themselves to excel.
