Job Description

We are looking
 for a Sous Chef (Pizza Maker) to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and deliver highquality pizzas in accordance with hotel recipes and standards

Manage the pizza station, including dough preparation, topping assembly, cooking, and plating

Monitor food quality, taste, texture, and consistency with every order

Ensure all miseenplace is prepared, replenished, and stored properly

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety regulations

Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and timely food service

Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies

Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment, tools, and ovens

Contribute to menu development and improvement of pizza offerings when required
