About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate must have strong culinary experience in Malay, Western or Chinese cuisine, with solid hands-on knowledge in cook-chill production. You will support the Head Chef in managing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient food production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu execution and production planning.
• Lead and supervise the cook-chill process, including cooking, rapid chilling, storage, labelling, and reheating guidelines.
• Develop and standardise recipes to ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs, hygiene practices, and production timelines.
