We’re looking for a Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant, high-volume kitchen. This is your chance to step into a hands-on leadership role at one of the region’s standout venues.

The Role

As Sous Chef, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality

• Running sections during service and maintaining high standards of food and hygiene

• Assisting with menu development, costing, and stock management
