Entra a far parte del Caesar Augustus una struttura rinomata per l’eccellenza dell’ospitalità italiana.

La figura deve essere di supporto al nostro Executive Chef e ricoprirà completamente il suo posto quando sarà assente. Curerà insieme allo Chef tutte le operazioni gastronomiche dell’hotel, ristorante, bar, room services ed eventi speciali.

Dovrà avere spiccate doti di leadeship e fare squadra con i vari reparti.

The Sous Chef will support our Executive Chef and fully assume their role in their absence. Together with the Chef, they will oversee all culinary operations of the hotel — including the restaurant, bar, room service, and special events.
