Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food preparation and presentation meet quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring food inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and assisting in staff training. Additionally, the Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations during busy hours and maintain a clean and organized workplace.
