· Strong previous Sous Chef Experience in upscale al a carte restaurant
· Approaches food in a creative way with local food knowledge
· Knowledge of Banquets and Buffet operation
· Strong supervisory and training skills
· Positive attitude
· Good communication skills
· Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
· Excellent grooming standards
· Excellent planning and organising skills
