Role Purpose

The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, efficient service delivery, staff supervision, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. The role acts as the second-in-command in the kitchen and assumes full operational responsibility in the Head Chef's absence.

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
