Job Description

We are looking for top-caliber, highly motivated, upbeat hospitality professionals to ensure the effective performance of Sunburst Café in relation to food development and creative ideas.

Key Accountabilities
Work towards in providing excellent level of service exceeding guest expectation in cooperation with Sunburst Service and People and Culture. Help create programs and services that will alleviate employee dining experience.

Supervise Sunburst Café Kitchen, initiating planning, creation of innovative dishes for the monthly menu and other menu offerings for employee events, SnackSmart, and coordinating it with Sunburst Team.

Ensure the highest level of food quality is served and provided at Sunburst Café in compliance with Food Safety Standards policies and procedures.

Responsible and accountable for the management of Sunburst Café’s food cost, utility costs, equipment, kitchen manpower cost, stocks, and wastage.
