As a Sous Chef at Alwis Cuisine Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations and supervising the team of chefs and kitchen staff
2. Developing and refining menu items, ensuring consistency in taste, quality and presentation
3. Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
4. Assisting the Head Chef in coordinating the team, delegating tasks and providing guidance
5. Implementing cost-effective measures and inventory management to optimise kitchen efficiency
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
