SOUS CHEF
Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig
Concept: Michelin-Level Casual Dining Restaurant (Opening Soon)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Chef de Cuisine in leading the kitchen of our Michelin-level casual dining restaurant opening soon in BGC, Taguig. The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining the highest culinary standards in a fast-paced, high-performance kitchen.
The selected candidate must be willing to undergo a one-month training in Canada.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a recognized culinary school
Minimum of 3 years progressive kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in Michelin-starred or Michelin-level restaurants preferred
Strong foundation in modern cooking techniques and plating standards
