Direct Hire under Sodexo On-Site Services
Shifting Schedule | 6 Days a Week

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper food flow
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience as Sous Chef or equivalent
- Experience in Bulk Food Preparation is a plus (1,000 pax up per day)
- Knowledgeable in P&L (Costing, Budgeting, Inventory)
- Culinary certifications preferred but not required
- Strong team leadership and multitasking skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules (Morning, Mid, Night)
