Job Description
Become the thriving force in the kitchen as Sous Chef at Blyth Brewing & Distilling Inc. Lead culinary operations, ensuring top-quality dishes and an organized kitchen environment.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will supervise kitchen staff, manage food preparation, and uphold hygiene standards. Your role involves contributing to menu creativity and fostering partnerships with suppliers. You will train staff on important culinary tools and oversee the execution of events and weddings.
