We are currently seeking a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery Qualified Sous Chef who is highly skilled and experienced in 5 star restaurant operations lead our Kitchen. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the kitchen operations ensuring the highest standards of quality and profitability. Your ultimate goal will be to provide excellent products and services to our guests while also driving sustainable and profitable outlets.
