South Europe Business Line Manager (Madrid)

Your role

As a Regional Business Line Manager Portable Power, your mission is to lead and drive the sales and marketing activities of our organization in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Angola, ensuring that we meet our sales revenue and product management profit and loss targets. You will be accountable to develop and execute strategies that enhance our market presence and drive profitability across various channels. You will report to the General Manager.

Your day-to-day

• Develop and implement regional business development plans that translate divisional objectives into actionable strategies.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through tailored solutions across direct, rental, and dealer channels.
• Drive sustainable and profitable growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, including proactive demo initiatives to accelerate expansion beyond core markets.
