****DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, CPA or CIA- Understanding of COSO, SOX, Internal Audit Standards and risk assessment practices.
- 5+ years working in the audit of private industry experience- Knowledge of accounting, finance and internal control areas- Knowledge of accounting, Visio, and Microsoft Office software.
