Scope And Purpose Of The Role
To ensure that Glass conforms to Production and Product Specifications and to strive for the constant achievement of world class manufacturing standards measured against International benchmarks through the effective optimisation of, equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor all process parameters to ensure timeous intervention should deviations occur.
Ensure Proper shift handover
Ensure that the ribbon of glass is formed and annealed to meet customer requirements.
Ensure that all production data is recorded.
Liaise with Management, Engineering personnel and Technical personnel to ensure proper operation of the Hot End process.
Maintain high standard of housekeeping.
