We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Spa Director to join the senior management team of this beautiful luxury property in the west of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have experience as Spa Director, preferably within a large, luxury hotel and have excellent team management, leadership, development and motivational skills as well as strong organisational and communication skills.

You will also have experience in carrying out audits and in budgeting and financial planning, ensuring adherence to labour and finance budgets for the Spa department, while at the same time delivering a fantastic experience to guests.

We are looking for someone who is innovative and creative, with strong experience as Spa Director to lead, motivate and manage the team to provide a consistently high standard of guest service within the spa, ensuring repeat business this spa is renowned for.
