Spa Manager

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• Leadership & team management.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills, Customer service orientation.
• Problem-solving & conflict resolution, and budgeting/financial management.
• 2 to 3 years experience in managing a spa.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and review business operations and budgets.
• Ensure the achievement of sales goals.
• Prepare management reports.
• Enforce internal policies and procedures to ensure the safety of both clients and employees.
• Efficiently manage daily spa operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
