We are currently seeking a **Spa Manager** to oversee the daily operations This leadership role is hands-on and service-driven, responsible for leading the spa team to deliver elevated guest experiences, support colleague development, and ensure smooth operational performance.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

+ Oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded
+ Hire, train, schedule, and supervise licensed therapists and spa front desk colleagues
+ Lead daily opening and closing procedures, payroll tracking, and service commission reporting
+ Maintain treatment and retail inventory, monitor usage, and place supply orders as needed
+ Support the development of seasonal spa promotions and guest-facing offers
