Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort Cebu for a Spa Manager. The Spa Manager will oversee daily operations of the spa, manage staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining service quality standards, managing appointments, implementing marketing and promotional strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring facility cleanliness and safety. The Spa Manager will also be responsible for fostering a welcoming and professional environment for both clients and staff.

Strong expertise in Spa Management and a proven ability to lead spa teams effectively.
Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an excellent client experience.
Experience in Budgeting and financial management to oversee spa expenditures and revenue targets.
