Spa Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations to ensure smooth service flow and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff performance – scheduling, training, coaching and discipline.
• Achieve branch sales target and drive revenue growth through promotions, upselling and customer retention.
• Handle customer complaints professionally with effective service recovery.
• Monitor branch finances – daily sales reports, petty cash, cost control & monthly performance reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, hygiene, safety and service standards.
• Oversee product & treatment inventory – stock usage, ordering and wastage control.
• Maintain branch cleanliness, equipment readiness and a professional service culture.
• Attend HQ training and conduct training roll-out / skill refreshers for branch staff.
