Job Summary:

The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, service quality, and financial performance of AMUMA Spa across three Bluewater Resort properties: Maribago, Panglao, and Sumilon. This role ensures consistent service standards, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and brand integrity while driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Oversee daily spa operations across all three properties to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure consistency in spa service standards, protocols, and guest experience in all locations.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of spa facilities and equipment.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and health & sanitation standards.
