Spa Manager

Spa Manager – Pretoria Areas - 2/3 year study Diploma in Health & Skincare/Beauty Therapy qualification/ITEC or CIDESCO. Work in Spa hospitality environment. Must be driven, goal orientated prepared to work long hours. Have 4/6 years previous spa experience – 4/6 years managerial experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily running of Spa, Oversee staff, budgets and targets, staff training, meetings, reports, handle client queries and complaints, perform treatments: facial, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing.
• Must be fully computer literate in MS Office and skilled in ESP.
• Own reliable transport.

Qualifications
