Job Description

Our UHNW client who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Spa Manager.

 The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and development of the spa and wellness departments, ensuring luxury standards are met at all times. This individual leads by example, ensuring a seamless guest experience, operational excellence, and a harmonious team culture. The Spa Manager collaborates closely with senior management and provides strategic direction while maintaining the spa as a serene and impeccably presented environment.

 General Duties and Responsibilities:
 Oversee and coordinate daily spa operations to ensure the highest standards in luxury service and hygiene across treatment rooms, wet areas, and relaxation zones
