Spa Planning & Purchasing Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

Inline with the company strategy the Spa Planning & Purchasing Specialist carries out the forecasting and the procurement and logistics processes to ensure, in the correct time order, availability of stock in the Spas onboard to satisfy the customer demand and to significantly improve the onboard revenue.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Analyse sales data and place purchase orders for consumable, retail and small equipment orders in line with agreed item life cycle;
• Ensure that stock needs on-board each ship are met in terms of quality and quantity, time, and location relevant to ship and area of operation;
• Liaise with suppliers, accounting, and ships to enhance supply chain process and avoid invoicing issues;
• Ensure that stock levels are in line with sell through, projected customer demand and consumption levels at all times and, proactively proposes to the Spa Purchasing Manager and Head of Spa corrective actions if need...
