Job Summary:
The Spa Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all spa guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and assist them upon arrival
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle bookings
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage cash or POS transactions
• Maintain client records and appointment logs
• Promote spa services, packages, and products
• Coordinate with therapists and staff regarding schedules
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
• Handle customer concerns professionally and politely
