Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Auckland for a Spa Therapist at The Maxim Hotel. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments, including facials, body massage, foot massage, and other personalized therapies. You will ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing top‑notch customer service, maintaining a clean and serene spa environment, and addressing guests’ individual needs to promote relaxation and well‑being. Collaboration with the wellness team to uphold the hotel’s standards of service excellence is an integral part of this role.
