Reporting to the Spa Supervisor, key responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to:

• Consistently offer professional, welcoming, and engaging service
• Perform spa treatments according to established standards, with special attention to technical precision and guest communication for specific physical or cosmetic concerns
• Adapt music, voice tone, lighting, privacy, and safety to each guest's needs
• Advise clients on the spa’s treatment programs
