Spa & Wellness Sales Manager

The **Spa & Wellness Sales Manager** is responsible for driving incremental revenue through local market activation, pre-arrival guest capture strategies, on-property conversion, as well as group and wedding segments, and targeted commercial initiatives.
This role acts as the commercial leader of the spa and wellness area, ensuring maximum visibility, capture, and conversion across all guest touchpoints, while positioning the spa as a destination for both hotel guests and the local market.
