Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement space experience strategies aligned with the company's brand vision and business goals, integrating IFM (Integrated Facility Management) principles.
• Oversee the design, layout and functionality of physical spaces to ensure aesthetics, practicality and user-friendliness; manage overall IFM operations for daily facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute space upgrades, renovations and special projects, coordinating IFM-related resources efficiently.
• Monitor space usage, gather user feedback and make data-driven optimization recommendations; optimize IFM processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure project delivery, quality and budget compliance, including IFM service providers (e.g., maintenance, security, cleaning).
