Space Planner

About the Role: As a CBRE Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.

This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

What You'll Do:

• Track and monitor all small to medium-sized non-project-related moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations.
• Collect, organize, and evaluate data related to the client's facility requirements and physical space needs.
• Complete a supply and demand assessment data evaluation and provide recommendations to the client for review.
• Attend meetings with client representatives and assist with the facilitation of the planning of space requirements.
• Update drawings and related databases.
• Report to client and service delivery partners on work environment and delivery efficiency and effectiveness. ...
