**The Role**

The **Space Planning Specialist** is responsible for developing, maintaining, and owning Kyndryl’s global workspace standards to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate branding across all locations. This role partners closely with project managers and vendors to consult on architecture, branding, and fit-out requirements, creates high-level test-fit designs for new spaces, and acts as a subject matter expert for workspace standards and space optimization, supporting internal stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
