Role Purpose
The SRD Team Lead is responsible for leading the Space, Range & Display (SRD) department, covering four specialist areas – Food Display, Non-Food Display, Space & Floor Planning, and Feature Space & Range Operations. The role ensures that all merchandising strategies are customer-focused, operationally efficient, and commercially effective.
This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful floorplans and planograms, optimize space utilization, and drive continuous improvement across stores.
