We are partnered with a Barcelona-based space technology company developing an affordable, recurrent, high-resolution thermal imaging constellation. Their mission is to deliver a new perspective on Earth’s changing resources, enabling advanced environmental monitoring and resource management at global scale.
As Space Systems Engineering Manager , you will lead the design, development, integration, and validation of satellite payloads across the current constellation and future missions. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-performance space systems and reliable imaging products from concept through operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical ownership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver missions into orbit and scale the company’s space capabilities.
