Spacecraft Thermal Systems Architect (m/f/d)

Deine Mission

Transverse role with growth opportunities for an ambitious Thermal Engineer in our Systems Engineering team in Munich, Germany. The role combines Thermal Systems Architecture responsibilities, as well as Lead.

Your role will include:

• Lead thermal architecture on system and subsystem level for versatile multi-orbit spacecraft, starting from system proposals and pre-development phases to detailed definition, to qualification and flight data analysis
• Implement and analyse associated 2D and 3D thermal models (e.g. ESATAN, Systema, Thermal desktop or other standard tools)
• Coordinate with other disciplines and bring a systems vision
• Contribute to MBSE models and ways of working
• Derive and manage thermal requirements
• Support integration and verification activities (TVAC, others) on subsystem and system level
• Support with other relevant ad-hoc activities.
