On-site - Makati 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time 
Job Description Handle customer inquiries in Spanish & English 
Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service 
Meet performance targets 
Requirements At least 1 year BPO experience 
At least 1 year CSR experience 
Minimum of 2 years in college (no back subjects) 
Willing to work onsite in Taguig and on a night shift 
Open to native & non-native speakers 
Non-Filipinos must have 13A Visa 
Working Location Alphaland Southgate 3/F Alphaland South Gate Mall, Magallanes, Makati City
