Qualifications & experience

• Completed at least 2+ years in college / College Graduate
• at least 1 year- overall Customer Service Representative Experience
• Knowledge in US Healthcare, medical terminology, and medical insurance plans (Preferred)
• Must be fluent in Spanish language
