Work closely with U.S.-based doctors and medical specialists to provide excellent patient care and customer service—all from the comfort of your home

 No prior medical experience required – just fluency in Spanish, BPO experience for more than a year, and a strong willingness to learn medical terminology.

 Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish (written & spoken)

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Strong interest in learning medical terminology

• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in U.S. medical insurance (Eligibility, Pre-authorization, Referrals, Claims)

• Also welcome: At least 1 year in a BPO or VA bilingual role
