As a Client Care Specialist within the Customer Experience Team, you will guide customers throughout the loan process, requesting documentation, following up on conditions, and answering queries. You will communicate the terms and conditions of loan approval, including program, terms, conditions, and fees. Manage a pipeline of government (FHA/VA), conventional, and purchase loans from conditional approval through final underwriting approval. Engage with customers after conditional approval and upon final approval, discussing structure, reviewing outstanding conditions or documentation, and outlining next steps.
