JOB DESCRIPTION:Attend to Spanish-speaking customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution. 
Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs. 
Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good Spanish and English communication skills. 
Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources 
TO QUALIFY:18 Years old and above 
Open to NON NATIVE SPEAKERS ONLY 
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing using the SPANISH Language 
Can converse using the English language 
Must have basic web navigation skills 
Must be willing to start immediately 
Should be flexible
