Spanish Speaking Call taker/Dispatcher
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Accurately gather customer information and service details
• Follow call flow, scripts, and dispatch procedures strictly
• Maintain proper call tagging, status updates, and documentation
• Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations teams
• Maintain customer trust through clear and confident communication
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Can follow processes without shortcuts
• Punctual, reliable, and attendance-compliant
• BPO / call handling experience is a plus
