Spanish Teacher with ESOL – Term 3 2025 start

Our client is an Auckland coed secondary school seeking a NZ registered Languages teacher for ongoing full-time employment starting in Term 3 2025.

The successful applicant will be employed under the terms of the Secondary Teachers’ Collective Agreement.

Applicants must be NZ residents or have a strong likelihood of obtaining a work visa quickly.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree with Spanish or a closely related language/linguistics major, and ideally, a TESOL or equivalent ESOL teaching qualification. The school seeks effective, collaborative teachers capable of teaching Spanish at senior levels (Years 11–13) and ESOL.

While experienced teachers are preferred, applications from outstanding provisionally certificated or recently graduated teachers are welcomed.
