Mission Statement

To handle engineering inventory both as kept in the engineering store, receiving from the supplier's etc. i.e. spare parts, lubricants and chemicals etc. and their disposals.

Main Responsibilities

• To maintain inventory level of all spare parts in engineering store matched physical balance with SAP inventory all the time
• To handle engineering inventory both as kept in the engineering store, receiving from the suppliers and their disposals.
• To coordinate in case of other than operation such as projects etc.
• To update SAP postings.
• Maintain inventory as per the standard protocols of store management (stacking, tagging, laying, grouping, FIFO etc.)
• Issuance of materials should be done as per standard company protocols
• To indicate in case of low levelled inventory.
