Job Description



The Service Parts Specialist providing first level support to internal Sales and Service. The support is centred around technical support related to Service parts for Grundfos Products. The Spare Part Specialist will be decision responsible for approval of new Spare parts creation and phaseouts based on existing Service Concepts for the given product range.



**Your main responsibilities** :



+ First Level Support to Sales / Service via SAP CRM (CIC) related to Service parts portfolio for Grundfos Products.

+ Product Portfolio Maintenance within Agile team. E.g. GRP Calculations, Master Data updates, Service Parts Phase-in and Out. Ad hoc minor Projects

+ Service Parts Specialist process excellence E.g. Gatekeeper of the “Handbook for Spare Part Specialists” Training of internal colleagues. Process and workflow improvements.
