Spare parts supervisor

Position Summary:
This position has full responsibility and accountability for the supervision of the Spare parts. The responsibilities include: full responsibility for the Open order report, on time delivery for any order, inventory control and management (productive material storage & preservation, line stocking, process control and management, process improvement, labor management, and productivity/ capacity management.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Update Open order report daily. by scheduling and assigning staff with follow up of work results. - Manage employee performance. This process included alignment of employee goals, objectives, and competencies to support Hussmann business strategies. - Execute inventory control by improving processes such as Cycle Count, Physical Counts and reconciling. - Insure safe working environment by keeping warehouse neat and orderly, aside insure all team members have the proper Personal Protective and Safety Equipment. - Insure productiv...
