Spare Parts Supervisor

Experience in automotive parts sales, inventory management, or Aftersales

Strong sales acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation ability

Familiarity with parts catalogs and inventory management

• Drive the achievement of regional spare parts sales goals through strategic promotions, inventory planning, and dealer engagement.
• Work with dealers and the Logistics team to optimize dealer stock levels, minimize stock-outs, and manage non-moving parts returns.
• Ensure dealers follow proper parts ordering, receiving, and storage procedures to maintain quality
• Analyze parts sales data, demand forecasts, and inventory turnover rates to provide actionable insights to management
