This role serves as a technical architect and subject matter expert, leading datacenter operations, disaster recovery planning, and complex system integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple platforms including Windows, Linux, virtualization, storage, and networking, with the ability to design solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide customer-facing support.
